MSA CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel, you must notify Malibu Soccer Academy before May 1. If we receive your cancellation before May 1, you will not be charged the remaining camp balance. Your deposit will remain non-refundable.
On May 1, all remaining balances are automatically charged to the payment method on file. Beginning May 1, all camp tuition is non-refundable, and all new registrations must be paid in full.
To avoid being charged the remaining balance, you must cancel before May 1.
Cancellation Exception Policy
At Malibu Soccer Academy, we understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can arise. While our standard cancellation policy remains in effect after May 1, we do our best to approach exceptional situations with understanding and flexibility.
In cases involving a serious injury or illness, significant family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstance that prevents a camper from attending, we are happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis.
In most approved cases, we offer a camp credit in the form of a Global Coupon, which can be applied toward any future Malibu Soccer Academy camp, at any time, with no expiration date.
In more extreme circumstances, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the individual situation. Documentation may be requested to support an exception.
Exceptions generally do not include vacations, team practices, travel changes, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal plans.
All exception requests are reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed. Our goal is to be fair, compassionate, and consistent while maintaining the commitments necessary to operate our camps.
The initial deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
